Production process

First, draw 3d designs and drawings based on customer requirements, covering dimensions, material combinations, and customized details, etc. The workers cut the materials according to the drawing. Then assemble the wooden cabinet body to ensure its structural stability. Then, we repeatedly grind and polish the surface to provide a smooth foundation for the veneering process. Complete the panel assembly process and precisely bond the decorative panels with different functions. Afterwards, install the functional components and conduct a comprehensive inspection and debugging to ensure that all components function properly and have no appearance defects.We carry out the final packaging and shipment in a standardized and rigorous manner throughout the process.

The design period is approximately 3 to 5 working days. The production cycle is approximately 35 to 40 working days.
