Description

This is a complete set of commercial bakery shelving units designed to sit against a wall. The overall color scheme combines light wood with dark grey-black metal, giving it a clean, simple look. The entire unit is divided into four fixed selling sections. Also, the lower part has storage cabinets, and the top features an illuminated sign. These are bakery shelving units made for retail bakeries.

Metal Frame

    • The outer structure and shelf supports are all made of thickened metal uprights. The metal surface has a matte black finish. Also, it feels smooth and does not easily collect grease. The uprights have evenly spaced small holes, allowing you to freely adjust the height of each shelf. The load-bearing capacity is strong.
    • Even when fully loaded with bread, the unit will not wobble or deform. Also, this forms the foundation of the entire bread display rack system. The metal frame wraps around the edges of the lower wooden cabinets, preventing corner damage from bumps or wear. Daily cleaning of dust and cream stains is easy.

Four Transparent Display Shelves

    • The middle section of the unit has four tiers for displaying food. This is the core display area of the bakery display shelves. The edges of each shelf are wrapped with light wood trim, while the shelf surface is transparent. Standing in front, customers can see every level of bread clearly.
    • The shelves tilt slightly forward. Long baguettes and loaves will not slide off easily. Also, each tier has the same amount of space, suitable for cakes, pastries, whole loaves, and various other baked goods.

Category Labels

    • Above the four display shelves is a long black back panel, divided into four sections. Each section is printed with a product category name: Cake, Pastry, Loaf, and Baguette. The text is simple and clear. Also, customers can tell at a glance where to find cakes, pastries, loaves, and baguettes without asking staff. This improves the shopping flow and is a very practical feature for food retail shelving.

Top “BAKERY” Illuminated Sign

  • Above the black category panel, there is a long metal grid backplate with the word “BAKERY” in white, three-dimensional illuminated letters. The light is soft and does not shine directly onto the baked goods. Also, the sign is visible from far inside the store. It clearly separates the bakery section from other supermarket shelving, creating a dedicated bread-selling atmosphere. Also, the grid backplate is lightweight and breathable. It does not block the store’s overhead lighting. The overall look is clean and not too heavy.

Bottom Storage Cabinets

    • The lowest part of the unit consists of a full row of closed wooden cabinets, divided into four separate storage compartments. The cabinet surface is made of wood-grain panels that are waterproof and moisture-resistant. Also, the cabinet doors are fully closed, keeping dust and insects out. Inside, you can store takeout bags, empty trays, cleaning tools, and spare packaging boxes.

Key Advantages

  • Display + Storage in One: The upper section is dedicated to selling bread, while the lower cabinets store supplies. One unit combines bakery display shelves and bread shop storage racks. No need to buy two separate systems. Saves on setup costs.

  • Freely Adjustable Shelf Heights: When selling large holiday cakes or extra-long European loaves, you can raise the shelf height. For everyday small pastries, lower the shelves. Adapts to all baked goods.

  • Easy to Clean: Metal and wood-grain panels resist stains from flour and cream. Just wipe with a damp cloth. The transparent shelves can be removed and washed separately. No hidden dirt traps.

  • Modular Design: Stores of different sizes can connect multiple units side by side for a longer setup. Small shops can use just one unit. Large supermarkets can connect several units. Easy to assemble, disassemble, and move.

  • Built-in Labels & Illuminated Sign: No need for extra signs or adhesive category stickers. Once the shelving is installed, it is ready for business. Creates a professional bread-selling area.
