In the busy daily life of the city, we always hope to find a place where we can pause for a moment and relax. The “ADD-ME” outdoor kiosk is just such a little haven hidden in the urban hustle. With its bright colors and tempting aromas, it catches the attention of passersby. Here, you can not only enjoy delicious food but also experience a lively social space, bringing new energy to city life.

Design Style

1. Bright and Bold Exterior：The “ADD-ME” kiosk uses a bold combination of red and yellow. The red main structure stands out under the sunlight, while the yellow accents add a touch of sunshine, giving the kiosk a vibrant feel. This design makes the kiosk highly visible in the green park, attracting both hurried passersby and leisurely visitors who can’t help but stop and take a look.
2. Striped Canopy：The red-and-white striped canopy on top of the kiosk is a key design feature. The stripes are just the right width, giving the booth a retro yet modern look. It’s not only stylish but also provides shade and shelter for customers. On sunny days, it blocks the sun, and on rainy days, it keeps customers dry. Whether it’s sunny or rainy, customers can enjoy their food comfortably while appreciating the beauty of nature.

Layout

The “ADD-ME” stand uses an open design with no walls, allowing customers to easily approach and order food. This openness blends the kiosk with its surroundings and lets customers enjoy the park’s scenery while eating. For example, customers can eat a hot dog while watching children play or listen to birds chirping, feeling the peace of nature.Although the kiosk’s interior space is small, it’s well-organized and fully functional.

It’s divided into three main areas: the food display area, the preparation counter, and storage cabinets. The food display area is close to customers, making it easy for them to choose their meals. The preparation counter is in the middle, where staff can make sandwiches or heat up food on the spot. Storage cabinets hold ingredients and tools. Additionally, the kiosk is equipped with a fridge, grill, and drink dispenser to ensure food stays fresh and tasty. For example, the fridge holds freshly made salads and drinks, while the grill always has hot burgers and hot dogs ready, giving customers the best food experience.

Material Choices

• Main Structure

The kiosk’s main structure uses a high-strength metal frame, making it sturdy and durable. We treat the metal to make it resist rust, enabling it to withstand wind and rain and extend the kiosk’s lifespan. For example, we reinforce the welded joints to ensure stability even in strong winds. This design not only ensures safety but also makes the kiosk suitable for all kinds of weather, whether it’s a hot summer or a cold winter.

• Exterior Decor

The kiosk’s exterior combines eco-friendly wood with metal. We specially treat the wood to make it waterproof and corrosion- resistant .while maintaining its natural texture, adding warmth to the kiosk. For example, the wood panels have clear grain patterns and a smooth feel, creating a connection to nature. We use stainless steel for the metal parts, such as the door frames and shelf edges. Stainless steel is durable and gives the kiosk a modern look.

• Flooring Material

We cover the kiosk’s floor with anti – slip, wear – resistant material to ensure customers can walk safely even on rainy or wet days. The floor has a slightly textured surface to increase grip and prevent slipping. The floor’s light gray color matches the overall design, complementing the red and yellow tones and enhancing the kiosk’s appearance.
