When it comes to traditional law firms, most people think of dark wooden furniture, leather sofas, and partitioned enclosed spaces. However, the office space of the Zashin & Rich law firm has completely overturned the common stereotype of legal office environments through a radical design innovation. It creates an office environment that is both professional and authoritative, as well as full of human warmth, with its core being simplicity, vitality, and transparency.

Reception Desk

The moment you step into this law firm, your eyes will immediately see the white reception desk at the center of the visual field. This reception desk features a minimalist design. The surface is pure white lacquered material, and the bottom has soft LED light strips.

Behind the reception desk is a gradually changing blue background wall. In the center, there is a “Z” shape brand logo with red accents. The cool blue color and white front desk form a refreshing visual combination. The red logo strengthens the brand memory point and injects a touch of vitality into the space.

Office Furniture

The open-plan office area is part of the open office floors, and no walls separate this space from the rest of the office space. Instead, the open-plan office area has workstations using a white countertop and clear glass for all the workstations. While this allows privacy for employees, it also allows for the open-plan design of the office area.

The white desk is suitable for various office needs. It pairs sleek aesthetics with reliable functionality, thanks to the black ergonomic office chair. There is a bright orange background wall running through the entire office area, creating a visual impact.

At the edge of the open workstations, there are several small white conference tables. Together with the white chairs, they serve as instant temporary collaboration points. Employees can quickly conduct small discussions without having to enter the enclosed meeting rooms.

Conference Room

To meet the communication needs in various scenarios, set up multiple glass meeting rooms in the space. Among them, the most representative one is the yellow meeting room. The entire bright yellow wall with a black floor. Transparent glass surrounds it, balancing privacy and openness.

The central white circular conference table, paired with four mesh office chairs, is both simple and practical. The metal-hued pendant lamp hanging from the top adds a touch of elegance to the space. Yellow symbolizes vitality and communication. This color scheme design can effectively alleviate the anxiety of clients and make the legal negotiation more approachable.

Recreation Area

In the middle area between the office zone and the reception area, a leisure bar counter in bright yellow was designed. The yellow cabinet contrasts with the white bar countertop visually. The lower shelves have wine bottles and high-heel glasses, serving as both a tea room for employees to relax and a small social space.

The existence of the leisure area breaks the single mode where office spaces can only be used for work. Here, employees can have a cup of coffee during their breaks. Visitors can also take a short rest before or after a meeting. This humanized design makes the entire space warmer and more inviting.

Other Decorations and Designs

Apart from the theme wall with vibrant colors, most of the walls remain pure white. Only in the elevator lobby is there a dark wooden finish. Combining light strips and brand logos, it creates a stable and elegant transitional space. The blue illuminated circular device wall on the other side of the elevator lobby adds a touch of technology and artistic atmosphere to the professional passage.

The reception area and the public passage decorate light-colored marble to enhance the spatial texture. The office area covers gray checkered carpet, which can divide the functional areas. The negotiation room uses dark-colored carpet. The change of materials guides people to switch between different functional areas.
