Dream pink ice cream shop
Stepping into this ice cream shop named “EYILANDA”, the first impression is being enveloped by a “layered pink” – not a sweet and cloying single pink, but rather a gradual spread of light pink, red bean paste pink, and light peach pink, as if the tones of strawberry, vanilla, and raspberry ice creams have been integrated into the space. The core design of the entire store is “melted cream” : from the ceiling to the walls, curved and flowing light strips are used for decoration. The warm white light spreads along the irregular wavy edges, like cream just dripping from an ice cream cone, with a soft and dynamic feel.

All the lines in the hard decoration are rather neat. For instance, the wall sections are a combination of straight edges and curves, and the contrast between light and dark is just right – when natural light comes in through the large Windows during the day, the pink color becomes soft and bright. At night, when the light strips and neon lights come on, they can also create a slightly relaxed nightlife atmosphere, which is just right for the consumption scenario of “afternoon tea + evening get-together”.
Pink and cute bar counter

Countertop and cabinet: The countertop of the bar counter is made of matte white stone, which is not prone to cream stains and is easy to clean. The cabinet body under the countertop is designed with vertical stripe splicing. The light pink stripes hang down along the cabinet body, like the lines of cream being scraped off. This not only adds a sense of detail but also avoids looking monotonous.
Operation area and display: The wooden shelves of the bar counter are “displayed in different areas” : on the left shelf, there is a row of snow-white paper cups neatly arranged with their mouths facing upwards. In the grid on the right, there are piles of golden cones, with their pointed tops pointing upwards like a row of small towers. Just looking at them reminds one of the crispy and fragrant ones just out of the oven. In the middle of the shelves, there is a menu board with pictures. The ice cream pictures on the menu correspond to the actual styles for sale, and even the font is in a round style, which is consistent with the overall style.
Lighting and signs: A long black chandelier is hung above the bar counter, with the lamp head facing the operation area, which can precisely illuminate the movements of the staff. Between the shelves, there are also two neon signs in the shape of ice cream – ice cream cone patterns in pink and blue. The light is soft neon pink, which not only serves as decoration but also implies that “this is a shop that makes ice cream cones.”

Decorative elements

Walls and ceiling: Besides the main wall with a gradient pink color, there is one wall that has been specially designed with a “waffle texture” – the light khaki wall has concave and convex grids, and when touched, it feels like the granular texture of an omelette crust. Standing here, even the air seems to be filled with the burnt aroma of a baked omelette. The flowing light strips on the ceiling are not a single one but are divided into two or three groups and staggered out, like cream slowly melting at different positions, giving the space above the head a sense of layering.

Neon elements: The neon decorations on the glass partition are “soft highlights” – the pink “good vibes only” font is crooked, and there is also a pattern of a small ice cream cone beside it. During the day, it looks like a decoration on the transparent glass, but when it lights up at night, it becomes a background for taking photos.

The softness of the soft furnishings: On each round table, there is a bottle of reed tassels. The light pink tassels hang down along the bottle body, perfectly balancing the “hardness” of the metal frame and the stone countertop. On the bar counter, there was also a basket of freshly baked small breads. Their golden color complemented the cone, adding a touch of “food warmth” to the space.

Table and chair design
Furniture selection: The table is a small round one with a diameter of less than one meter. The tabletop is white, and the table legs are made into round pink columns, as if coated with a layer of light cream. The chair is made of transparent acrylic and has thin black metal legs. The most wonderful thing about this chair is that it “doesn’t take up visual space”. Even if the store is filled with two or three tables of customers, it won’t feel crowded. Instead, it exudes a refreshing and light feeling.
Space adaptation: Each table can seat just 2 to 3 people, making it suitable for friends to enjoy ice cream together or for a single person to order an ice cream cone to rest. A distance of more than half a meter is left between the tables, which neither makes it too crowded nor fails to maintain a lively but not noisy atmosphere in the space.
Atmosphere adaptation: The transparent chair can reflect the surrounding pink lights. During the day, it reflects natural light, and at night, it reflects the light of neon lights and light strips. When sitting on the chair and looking up, even the “melted cream light strip” above seems to soften along with the chair’s reflection.
