Tower Build

This floor-standing display stand uses a slim vertical metal frame with a flat weighted base. The main body constructs from white powder-coated square steel tubing that rises 1800mm from a 500x400mm rectangular base. Two vertical display columns mount inside the frame, each fitted with horizontal metal frame rods. Clear acrylic side panels attach to the frame edges with metal standoffs, providing additional hook positions and a clean border. The base plate weights the unit to prevent tipping when customers browse frames.

Frame Layout

The two display columns each accept eight horizontal metal rods, holding up to 32 eyeglass frames or sunglasses. Rod spacing adjusts in 20mm increments to fit frame heights from small optical frames to oversized sunglasses. The acrylic side panels add four extra hook positions per side for promotional frames or accessories. The open-back design allows light to pass through, keeping the display area bright. Rods remove easily for reconfiguration or seasonal layout changes.

Header & Lightbox

The top header panel accepts a custom brand logo in acrylic cut lettering or printed vinyl on a dark gray backing board. The bottom section includes a poster lightbox with an optional LED backlight panel that illuminates a promotional image or brand campaign. The lightbox uses a snap frame for easy poster changes without tools. Both the header and lightbox can be sized to match the store branding system. Wiring for the LED option routes internally through the metal frame to a base-mounted power inlet.

Store Use

This unit fits optical retail stores, eyewear store design projects, and mall eyewear kiosks. Its narrow footprint makes it suitable for walkways and between fitting stations. The two-column layout provides high frame density in a small floor area. Pair with floor-standing eyewear displays and sunglasses display racks for a complete display system. The weighted base allows staff to reposition the unit for seasonal layout changes. Custom colors, rod counts, and branding match existing store fixtures.
