Showcase Build

This optical vitrine combines an upper glass showcase with a lower two-door storage cabinet. The showcase uses a silver aluminum extrusion frame with 6mm clear tempered glass panels on all sides. Sliding glass doors at the front lock with a small key lock. Three tempered glass shelves mount on adjustable support pins at 50mm intervals. LED strips run along the front and rear edge of each shelf and the top interior, producing 6500K white light that illuminates eyewear on display. A small brand plaque mounts on the top interior panel and accepts a custom logo.

Shelf Layout

The three glass shelves divide the display area into four presentation levels. Eyewear sits on small metal or acrylic display stands that hold frames in an upright, forward-facing position. Each shelf supports up to eight pairs, for a total display capacity of 32 frames. Shelf heights adjust to fit optical frames, sunglasses, or mixed arrangements, and shelves remove completely for cleaning or for displaying taller items. The clear glass shelves and panels keep sightlines open from every side of the unit.

Storage Base

The lower cabinet constructs from white MDF with two hinged doors and slim vertical silver bar handles. An adjustable interior shelf divides the cabinet into two storage levels for backup frames, cases, lens cloths, and tools. The cabinet stands on four square metal legs, 100mm high, that lift the unit for floor cleaning and include adjustable feet for leveling on uneven surfaces. The white painted surface is smooth and wipe-clean. Custom paint colors and wood veneers are available to match store interiors.

Shop Use

This unit fits optical shops, optician practices, and sunglass boutiques as a floor showcase along a wall or in a selling area. The 900mm width and 450mm depth fit standard aisles, and the 1600mm height puts the top shelf within easy reach. Pair with LED lighted display cases and eyewear storage cabinets for a coordinated eyewear store design. The enclosed glass protects frames from dust and handling while the LED lighting supports product visibility.
