Console Build

This eyewear display console combines a glossy white counter body with a clear tempered glass showcase on top. The case uses glass for the front viewing panel and top lid, with white panels forming the sides and back for a clean, uniform appearance. The glass shields eyewear from dust while keeping products visible from the customer side. The counter body builds from moisture-resistant MDF with a durable high-gloss white painted surface. The standard console measures 1200mm wide, 500mm deep, and 950mm high, and dimensions adjust to the store layout during custom production.

Stepped Risers

Inside the showcase, three white stepped tier risers present frames at staggered heights so every pair stays visible rather than sitting in a single flat row. Each riser is a solid white block with a smooth painted finish, arranged in a low-to-high step across the case. The tiers hold 20 to 30 pairs of optical frames or sunglasses, and the flat top surfaces also accept leather cases and small brand props. Risers can be produced in different heights, widths, and quantities, or replaced with velvet pads, acrylic stands, or lockable drawers to match the merchandise plan.

Steel Legs

The console stands on two gold mirror polished stainless steel U-shaped loop frames, one at each end, leaving the center underneath open for a light visual profile and easy floor cleaning. Each leg frame bends from square stainless tube into a sharp rectangular loop with crisp 90-degree corners and fixes to the counter body with concealed brackets for rigid support. The mirror gold finish is highly reflective; brushed stainless, matte black, brass, and custom powder-coated RAL colors are available on request. Adjustable level feet compensate for uneven floors, and the open base allows the unit to sit against a wall or float in an aisle.
