Frame Structure

This floor-standing display stand uses a slim vertical metal frame mounted to a flat rectangular base. The frame constructs from white powder-coated square steel tubing that rises 1800mm from a 550x400mm base plate. The base plate features a wood grain top surface that matches the storage cabinet. Two vertical display columns install inside the frame, each fitted with horizontal metal frame rods at 12 rows. The open-back design allows light to pass through and keeps the display area visually light.

Storage Cabinet

The lower section includes a wood grain storage cabinet with a single hinged door and a key lock. The cabinet interior fits one adjustable shelf that divides the space into two compartments for backup inventory, cleaning supplies, and adjustment tools. The door uses a recessed finger pull and soft-close hinge. The wood grain laminate matches the base plate, creating a cohesive look. Cabinet dimensions are approximately 350mm wide x 350mm deep x 400mm high.

Display Capacity

The two display columns each accept 12 horizontal metal rods, holding up to 48 eyeglass frames or sunglasses. Rod spacing adjusts in 20mm increments to fit frame heights from small optical frames to oversized sunglasses. The metal frame side edges accept additional hooks for promotional frames or accessories. The top header panel accepts a custom brand logo in acrylic cut lettering or printed vinyl on a dark gray backing board. Rods remove easily for reconfiguration.

Retail Placement

This unit fits optical retail stores, eyewear store design projects, and mall eyewear kiosks. Its narrow 500mm width makes it suitable for walkways and between fitting stations.
