Tower Structure

This rotating eyewear display tower combines a dark walnut wood grain top cap, a clear acrylic display section, and a matching dark walnut storage base. The top cap measures 70mm high and carries a custom brand logo panel. The display section rises 1750mm between the top cap and base, enclosed by clear acrylic panels on all four sides. Metal frame rods install horizontally through the acrylic panels at 20 rows per side. The base cabinet stands 320mm high with a hinged door and an adjustable interior shelf. Total height reaches 2120mm.

Rotation System

The display section rotates 360 degrees on a heavy-duty bearing mounted between the acrylic section and the wood base. Customers or staff can spin the tower to browse frames on all four sides without walking around it. The rotation operates smoothly with moderate resistance to prevent uncontrolled spinning. The square 420x420mm footprint provides stability while maximizing display density. The clear acrylic panels protect frames from dust while maintaining full visibility. Rods remove easily for reconfiguration or cleaning.

Display Capacity

With four display sides and 20 rows of rods per side, the unit holds up to 160 eyeglass frames or sunglasses. Rod spacing adjusts in 15mm increments to fit frame heights from small optical frames to oversized sunglasses. The acrylic panels allow light to pass through, illuminating frames from all angles. The top cap accepts a custom brand logo in acrylic cut lettering or printed graphic. The dark walnut wood finish adds warmth and pairs with both modern and traditional store interiors.

Retail Use

This unit fits optical retail stores, eyewear store design projects, and boutique eyewear shops. It works as a center-island feature that guides customer flow, or near the fitting area as a high-capacity browsing display.
