Case Structure

This optical store display case combines a double-column drawer cabinet with a glass display showcase on top. The cabinet body constructs from light walnut wood grain MDF with matching edge banding and a stainless steel plinth base. Two columns hold ten soft-close drawers, five per column, that store optical frames and sunglasses in organized rows. Each drawer uses full-extension drawer slides and a horizontal slim metal bar pull. The top surface carries a white display tray divided into two sections for featured eyewear presentation.

Glass Showcase

A clear tempered glass showcase railing runs along the perimeter of the top tray, standing 200mm high. The glass railing protects displayed eyewear from dust and accidental contact while maintaining unobstructed visibility from all sides. The railing uses 8mm tempered glass panels with polished edges, fixed to the tray with minimal metal clips. The white tray surface provides a clean backdrop that makes frame colors and lens details easy to inspect. The top display area holds up to 20 pairs of eyewear in a single layer.

Drawer Storage

Each of the ten drawers provides flat storage for optical frames and sunglasses in stacked or tray-organized arrangements. Drawer interiors measure approximately 540mm wide x 440mm deep x 120mm high. Soft-close hinges and full-extension slides allow quiet, controlled closing and full access to the drawer rear. The horizontal bar pulls mount flush with the drawer face for a clean, uniform front. Total storage capacity supports up to 200 frames when using internal divider trays, sold separately or custom-cut to frame size.
