Structure Overview

This cylindrical display tower combines a maple wood top cap and base with clear tempered glass panels and five adjustable glass shelves. Metal support rods run vertically between the wood top and base, securing the glass panels in place. The unit stands freely on any retail floor and requires no wall mounting.

Materials & Finish

The top cap and base are crafted from maple veneer over MDF, finished with a clear protective coating that resists scratches and minor impacts. The glass panels and shelves are 8mm tempered glass with polished edges. Vertical support rods are chrome-plated steel. All hardware is corrosion-resistant and suitable for high-traffic retail environments.

Display Capacity

Five horizontal glass shelves provide ample display space for smartphones, phone cases, charging cables, earphones, power banks, and screen protectors. Shelf height can be adjusted in 50mm increments to accommodate products of different sizes. The cylindrical 360-degree design allows products to be viewed from all angles, maximizing exposure in open-floor retail layouts.

Assembly & Placement

The tower ships partially assembled. The glass panels slide into pre-drilled channels in the maple top and base, and the metal rods are tightened with the included Allen key. Full assembly takes approximately 30 minutes with two people. The unit should be placed on a level floor surface, away from direct sunlight to prevent product fading. A power outlet nearby allows optional LED strip lighting to be installed inside the top cap.
