Material and Construction

The channel letters are fabricated from 2mm brushed stainless steel sheet. Each letter is precision-cut and formed into a rigid 3D shape with a depth of 30mm. The metal shell is welded, ground smooth, and finished with a brushed gold coating. Internal LED modules are mounted on the back plate of each letter. Warm White Halo Glow

Warm white LED strips run along the back edge of every letter. The light casts a soft halo glow onto the wall surface behind each character. This halo effect remains subtle in daylight and becomes striking after dark. LED drivers are pre-wired and included with every order. The color temperature is 3000K for a warm boutique feel. Brushed Gold Finish

Fine linear brushing covers the entire visible face of each letter. The brushed texture reduces glare and fingerprints under bright retail lighting. A clear protective lacquer seals the gold coating against oxidation and UV fading. Edge returns match the front face for a seamless all-around finish. Every Letter Custom Made

Each set of channel letters is cut to your exact text, font, and size. Letter height ranges from 150mm up to 1000mm per character. Vector artwork files are preferred for clean, precise cutting. Our design team reviews your logo and sends a proof before production. Color temperature and LED brightness can be adjusted to your preference. Hidden Mounting System

Hidden stand-off brackets mount each letter 20mm off the wall surface. The gap lets the halo light spread evenly behind every character. Mounting templates are printed to scale for accurate positioning on site. Letters ship pre-wired with waterproof connectors for quick installation.
