Gondola Design

This corner gondola shelving unit is designed for perfume display in department stores and boutiques. The unit forms an L-shape at a 90-degree corner with two display sides. Each side has four illuminated shelves holding perfume bottles and product boxes. The exterior side panels and top are finished in light oak wood grain. The shelf frames and vertical dividers are dark gray MDF. A black plinth base runs along the bottom. See related units in our perfume display racks range.

Materials and Finish

The gondola body is built with MDF panels. Side walls and top surfaces are laminated in light oak wood grain. Shelf frames, vertical dividers, and base trim are dark gray MDF paint. Interior shelf surfaces are white laminate with a recessed LED strip under each front edge. The plinth base is black powder-coated steel. Lighting System

Each shelf has a recessed warm white LED strip along the front edge, casting light downward onto the products below. The interior back panel of each shelf bay is finished in white to maximize light reflection. The LEDs are wired to a low-voltage driver inside the bottom base. Color temperature is 3000K warm white. Shelf Configuration

Each side of the corner unit has four shelves. The top two shelves hold perfume bottles. The bottom two shelves hold product boxes and cartons. Shelf heights are fixed but can be adjusted during fabrication. The total display capacity is approximately 30 to 40 perfume bottles and 50 to 60 product boxes. Corner Placement

The unit is designed to fit a 90-degree store corner. Standard dimensions are 1200mm per side x 600mm deep x 2000mm tall. The gondola arrives as two sections that bolt together at the corner.
