The arched display window at the entrance first catches the eye with the golden lines outlined by warm light. After pushing the door open and entering, the marble island counter scattered in the center becomes the first visual focus, guiding customers to stop naturally. The wall cabinets on both sides extend the line of sight with arched and circular elements of varying heights, creating a sense of layering both vertically and horizontally in the space and avoiding the monotonous “corridor feeling”.

Store space design
The entire store is based on a base color of off-white, complemented by the cold and smooth texture of fish-belly white marble and titanium-gold-plated metal lines. The purple, green and other colors of perfume bottles are used as accents, creating a color rhythm of “soft base color, sharp lines and vivid finishing touches”. The floor is made of large-sized full-body marble, and the natural connection of textures makes the space appear more spacious. The embedded strip lights on the top are combined with the local magnetic track lights, which not only ensure the overall brightness but also highlight the perfume in the display cabinet through key lighting.

Arched luminous wall cabinet
The wall cabinets of this perfume store are mainly distributed on both sides of the reception desk and the right side of the entrance. They are made of 3cm thick off-white boards to create an arched outline, with 4000K warm white LED light strips embedded inside. The shelves are made of 8mm thick ultra-white glass, and the edges are ground.
When designing the spacing between the shelves, we deliberately left a height of 15cm, which can accommodate the vast majority of perfume bottles on the market without making the space feel empty due to the large spacing. The arc of the arch has been ergonomically considered. When customers raise their hands to take the perfume bottle, the range of motion of their arms just fits the arc, without causing a sense of tightness. The golden metal frame of the wall cabinet is made with a brushed finish, which prevents fingerprint residue and also makes the arched contour more three-dimensional under soft light.

Metal frame wall cabinet
Next to the arched cabinet, a frame structure that combines circular and arched shapes is made of gold-plated titanium-coated stainless steel, and the shelves are also made of ultra-white glass. We deliberately left some of the frames “blank”, not completely filling up the shelves. Instead, we placed mirror backboards in the blank areas, which not only extended the visual space but also made the reflections of the perfume bottles echo the actual objects, increasing the interest of the display. The installation Angle of the shelf board has been tilted by 5°, allowing the bottle labels of the perfume bottles to better face the customers and avoiding the problem of “looking at the bottle cap more than the bottle body” in traditional flat layer display.

Decorative wall cabinet
In the corner area of the store, we have designed a semi-enclosed wall cabinet. The upper part is a display layer board with light strips, and the lower part is an enclosed storage cabinet. It can not only display niche fragrances but also store peripheral products such as scented paper and scented candles. The backboard of the wall cabinet is made of vertical textured off-white boards, which echo the material of the cabinet body of the reception desk, making the spatial elements more unified.

Back cabinet with counter
The back cabinet is divided into two parts, upper and lower. The upper part features the same style of illuminated shelves as the arched built-in wall cabinet, used to display the brand’s signature perfumes and limited editions. The lower part is a closed cabinet with vertical texture, and inside it is equipped with adjustable shelves for storing stock perfumes, packaging materials and staff tools. The countertop in the middle is made of fish-belly white marble, the same material as that of the reception desk. The height of the countertop is set at 80cm, which is just right for the staff to stand and perform operations such as packaging, blending and tasting scents, and also facilitates face-to-face communication with customers.
A 2cm heat dissipation space is reserved under the light-emitting layer board of the back cabinet to prevent the temperature from being too high due to long-term operation of the light strip. The cabinet door of the closed cabinet body adopts a press-type opening and closing design, without any extra handles, maintaining the tidiness of the facade. The edge of the countertop has been rounded and polished, which not only prevents bumps but also makes the texture of the marble softer.

Middle small counter
- Shape and material
The small counter is made of natural fish-belly white marble to create an irregular base. The surface retains the natural texture of the stone, and the texture of each base is unique. The upper part is paired with transparent acrylic laminate, which enhances the sense of transparency in the space and avoids the oppressive feeling brought by heavy stone. The height of the shelf is set at 1.1 meters, which is just right for customers to stand and taste the fragrance. The edge of the base has been polished, providing a soft touch without any sharpness.
- Experience Design
The countertop of the small counter is decorated with dried flower ornaments, echoing the warm atmosphere of the overall space. We have reserved a storage slot for scented paper samples under the countertop. Customers can take the scented paper samples at any time without asking the staff for them. A 1.5-meter activity space is reserved around the counter to ensure that multiple customers do not interfere with each other when trying the fragrance at the same time. Some small counters are also equipped with rotatable display stands to showcase limited edition perfume bottles, allowing customers to observe the details of the bottles in 360°.
