Panel Build

This floor-standing display stand combines a wood grain outer frame with a white perforated pegboard display panel and a bottom storage cabinet. The outer frame constructs from light oak wood grain MDF with matching PVC edge banding. The display panel cuts from 5mm white pegboard with a uniform grid of 6mm holes spaced at 25mm intervals. Metal display hooks insert into the holes at any position, allowing fully custom frame layouts. The top section includes a white LED lightbox panel that provides backlighting for brand signage or promotional graphics.

Hook System

The pegboard accepts standard metal display hooks that hold individual eyeglass frames or sunglasses. With a 700mm wide x 1100mm tall display area, the panel accommodates up to 30 frames when hooks are spaced at 100mm intervals vertically. Hook positions adjust freely to accommodate frame sizes from small optical frames to oversized sunglasses. The white pegboard background creates a clean backdrop that makes frame colors and designs stand out. Hooks remove easily for seasonal layout changes or reconfiguration.

Lightbox & Storage

The top lightbox panel measures 200mm high and accepts an acrylic face with printed brand logo or promotional graphic. The LED backlight uses low-energy strips with a diffuser panel for even illumination. The bottom storage cabinet stands 500mm high with a white hinged door and an adjustable interior shelf. The cabinet stores backup inventory, microfiber cloths, and adjustment tools within easy reach of the display area. Door hardware uses a recessed finger pull and soft-close hinge.

Store Placement

This unit fits optical retail stores, eyewear store design projects, and boutique eyewear shops. It works as a standalone display near the fitting area or as a divider between store zones. The wood frame adds warmth while the white pegboard provides a clean, modern display surface. Pair with floor-standing eyewear displays and sunglasses display racks for a complete display system.
