Glass Enclosure

This premium display case uses a full tempered glass enclosure that protects sunglasses from dust and unauthorized handling. Four 6mm clear tempered glass panels form the front, sides, and back, with a hinged glass door that locks with a key. The glass panels sit between a dark gray wood grain top cap and a matching wood grain base cabinet. Clear silicone seals the glass joints for a clean, seamless appearance. The glass allows 360-degree visibility of displayed products while the lock secures high-value inventory.

Acrylic Shelving

Inside the glass enclosure, four clear acrylic shelves mount at adjustable heights. Each shelf supports acrylic rotating sunglass holders that display pairs in an upright, forward-facing position. The rotating holders allow customers to view frames from multiple angles without opening the case. With eight rotating holders per shelf, the case holds up to 32 sunglasses. Shelf heights adjust in 50mm increments to accommodate frame sizes from small optical frames to oversized sunglasses. The clear acrylic material maintains visibility and matches the glass enclosure.

Lockable Base

The base cabinet constructs from dark gray wood grain MDF with a key lock on the front door. The cabinet interior provides storage for backup inventory, cleaning supplies, and security keys. The top cap carries a brand header panel that accepts a custom logo in acrylic lettering or printed graphic. An internal LED strip can be added along the top interior to illuminate displayed products. The base distributes weight evenly for stability, and adjustable leveling feet accommodate uneven floors.

This case fits optical retail stores, eyewear store design projects, and high-end eyewear boutiques. It works as a secure display for premium and designer sunglasses near the checkout or store entrance. The lockable design protects valuable inventory while maintaining full product visibility.
