Material Build

The main shaft uses hand-laid fiberglass reinforced plastic. Red and white automotive paint creates the thick stripe pattern. Candy bowls are food-safe acrylic half-spheres with open tops. Chrome-plated metal arms connect each bowl to the shaft. The round base is a powder-coated steel plate. All materials meet commercial display standards. The unit integrates into candy store design plans and bakery layouts.

Craftsmanship

Workers sculpt the candy cane master model by hand. A silicone mold captures the thick stripe geometry. Fiberglass is layered inside the mold and cured. After demolding, seams are sanded smooth and filled. Painters mask each stripe before spraying red and white. Bowl arms are welded to the shaft and load-tested. Each unit passes inspection before packing. It works with candy display fixtures in coordinated store setups.
