Steel Base
The unit stands on a welded steel base frame that runs the full width. The frame is made from 40x40mm square tube with 2mm wall thickness. It is powder-coated in matte black for scratch resistance. Adjustable leveling feet are fitted at all four corners. This base design supports the shop display shelving standard for floor-mounted units.
Frame Structure
The main body is a bolted steel frame using 30x30mm upright posts. Cross rails connect the posts at every shelf level. The frame disassembles flat for shipping and reassembles with hex bolts. Load capacity is 30kg per shelf level. The black finish matches our floor display stands range.
Pegboard Sides
Both side panels are perforated steel pegboard sheets with 25mm hole spacing. The holes accept standard retail hooks and shelf brackets. This lets merchandisers add hanging products beside the wood cubbies. The side pegboard complements the pegboard display system for accessory walls.
Cubby Shelves
The center section has a grid of oak-finish MDF cubby shelves. Each cubby measures 200x200mm and is open on three sides. The wood panels have a clear melamine laminate that wipes clean. Boxed products and gift items sit neatly in each compartment. The cubby layout references our wood display racks catalog.
Lightbox Header
At the top is a lighted header panel with LED illumination. The graphic panel slides in from the side for replacement. It shows brand logos or category names at standing eye level. The header uses a diffuser sheet to avoid hot spots. This format matches the mobile shop counters visual style.
