Cabinet Layout

This freestanding eyewear display unit combines a full-length mirror with a frame display panel in a single white cabinet. The left section houses a vertical silver mirror for customer try-on. The right section provides a white display panel fitted with metal frame rods arranged in ten rows and three columns. The bottom section contains a three-door storage cabinet. The entire unit constructs from MDF with a white high-gloss laminate finish and stands on a flat plinth base.

Display Capacity

The display panel holds up to 30 eyeglass frames or sunglasses using individual metal display rods. Each rod supports one frame and positions it at a consistent viewing angle. Row spacing measures 120mm vertically to accommodate frames of varying sizes. The mirror panel allows customers to try on frames without leaving the display area. The open display layout provides direct access to products and enables quick restocking from the front.

Construction Details

The cabinet body cuts from high-density MDF on CNC equipment and edges with matching white PVC banding. The high-gloss laminate applies under heat and pressure for a durable, reflective surface. The mirror uses 5mm silver glass with a safety backing film. Metal display rods install into pre-drilled holes with threaded inserts. Lower cabinet doors hang on soft-close hinges with an adjustable shelf inside. All components assemble and inspect in our factory before packing.

Retail Application

This unit fits optical retail stores, eyewear store design projects, and department store eyewear sections. It works as a standalone display near the fitting area or as part of a larger wall system with wall-mounted optical displays and sunglasses display racks. The mirror makes it suitable for placement where customers need immediate visual feedback. The storage cabinet holds backup inventory, cleaning cloths, and adjustment tools. Custom branding can be applied to the top header or side panels. Pair with eyewear display rods for additional frame display options.
