Unit Configuration

This floor-standing eyewear display unit combines a wood storage base with a metal-framed display section and an integrated mirror. The base constructs from light oak wood grain MDF with two hinged doors and an adjustable interior shelf. Above the base, a black powder-coated metal rectangular frame supports two white vertical display panels. Each panel installs on a short black post that elevates it above the cabinet top. A full-length silver mirror attaches to the right side of the metal frame for customer try-on.

Display Setup

The two white display panels each accept metal frame rods arranged in horizontal rows. With ten rows per panel and two rods per row, the unit holds up to 40 eyeglass frames or sunglasses. Rod positions are adjustable to accommodate frame sizes. The panels are separated by a narrow gap that allows light and air circulation. The black metal frame provides a contrasting border that draws attention to the displayed products. The mirror enables customers to try on frames without leaving the display area.

Material Build

The base cabinet uses high-density MDF with light oak wood grain laminate and matching PVC edge banding. Doors hang on soft-close metal hinges with recessed finger pulls. The metal frame cuts from square steel tubing and finishes with black powder coating for durability. Display panels are white laminated MDF with pre-drilled holes for frame rods. The mirror uses 5mm silver glass with a safety backing. All metal components weld and grind smooth before coating.

Store Placement

This unit fits optical retail stores, eyewear store displays projects, and boutique eyewear shops. It works as a standalone display near the fitting area or as a divider between store zones. The wood base adds warmth to the store interior while the black frame provides a modern contrast. Pair with wall-mounted optical displays and sunglasses display racks for a complete display system.
