Base Plinth

The unit sits on a steel base plinth that raises the cabinet floor 80mm above the finished floor. The plinth is welded from 1.5mm steel tube and painted to match the cabinet. It keeps the lower doors clear of floor cleaning equipment and prevents water ingress. A rubber leveling foot is fitted at each corner for uneven floors. This base design matches mobile shop display racks used in standard mall builds.

Lower Cabinet

The lower section is a floor-standing cabinet built from 18mm MDF panels. It stores stock and packaging behind two swing doors with soft-close hinges. The exterior is finished in gray matte paint that resists scratches. Interior shelves are adjustable on 32mm hole spacing. The cabinet locks with a small cam lock for staff-only access.

Pegboard Panel

The mid-section uses a perforated steel pegboard sheet with 25mm hole spacing. Powder-coated black finish prevents chipping during daily use. Display hooks slide into the holes and lock with a spring clip. This hook system suits phone case display stands and small accessory packaging. Each hook holds up to 2kg of product weight.

Shelf Rails

Above the pegboard, two clear acrylic shelf rails hold boxed accessories and small cartons. The shelves are 250mm deep and adjustable in 50mm increments. A front price rail strip clips onto each shelf for ticket labels. These rails complement the metal display rack range for mixed product presentation. The pegboard area itself follows the pegboard display standard.

Lightbox Header

The top section is a backlit lightbox panel measuring the full width of the unit. LED strips run behind a diffuser sheet for even illumination. The front graphic panel slides in from the side for easy replacement. This header positions brand logos and promotional graphics at eye level. The overall unit follows the retail display rack format for accessory stores.
