Cabinet Build

The unit is a long floor cabinet with a low glass display case on top. The base is a lacquered timber cabinet divided into six raised panel doors set out in two rows of three, and each door carries a thin metal molding with stepped corners. A continuous fluted metal band runs across the width just under the counter deck, and the top case is built from frameless tempered glass with a slim metal edge. The cabinet reaches the floor on a recessed plinth rather than separate legs. Comparable shop builds are shown in the jewellery cabinets and arched cabinets ranges.

Storage Display

The storage and display functions are divided as follows:

• Six panel doors enclose adjustable interior shelves
• Fluted gold band separates the base from the deck
• Top glass case holds busts, ring trays and stands
• Doors and sliding top glass lock from the staff side

Finish Installation

The timber substrate is sealed, primed and sprayed with several coats of polyurethane lacquer, which is sanded between coats for a flat surface before the gold PVD moldings and fluted band are fixed into rebates. The moldings are supplied in matched lengths so corner miters read as a continuous line. The cabinet ships with the body assembled and the top glass packed separately; after positioning, the adjustable plinth feet are wound to level the deck and the glass is set into its retainers. Wiring for the LED strip exits through a rear gland to an in-cabinet driver. Clean the lacquer with a neutral damp cloth, avoid solvent on the painted surface, clean glass with standard cleaner, and wipe the gold trim with a dry cloth. Lacquer color, metal finish, panel count, length and interior layout are all set at order time, and cabinets can be produced as matched runs with corner and wall units.
