Kick Plate

The cabinet sits on a recessed kick plate 100mm high. The kick plate is made from 18mm MDF and painted white. It hides the cabinet base from the front and keeps debris out. Adjustable leveling glides are installed behind it for uneven floors. This base matches our mobile phone display cabinets line.

Lower Cabinets

Below the display area are three pairs of swing doors. Each pair covers one bay and opens with soft-close hinges. The doors have push-to-open latches without visible handles. Interior shelving is adjustable on 32mm spacing. The cabinets lock with a single master key. They provide secure storage for backstock and packaging.

Hook Rails

The middle bay holds twelve horizontal metal hook rails. Each rail carries small J-hooks for hanging blister-packed accessories. The rails are powder-coated white to match the cabinet. Hook spacing is adjustable by moving the rail up or down. This hook layout suits phone case display racks and small goods. The side bays use open slatwall shelving units instead.

Open Shelves

The left and right bays have five open shelves each. Shelves are 350mm deep and fixed at 300mm pitch. Each shelf has a recessed LED strip underneath for product lighting. The shelves are adjustable to fit different box heights. This presentation style matches the electronics shop design catalog.

Brand Panel

Across the top is a recessed brand panel with a dark frame. The panel holds printed graphics or a slim lightbox. LED strip lights run along the top edge to wash the wall above. It displays brand logos and category names at eye level. The overall unit aligns with the cell phone displays standard.
