Base Frame
The rack stands on a steel base frame with four leveling feet. The frame uses 30x30mm square tube in white powder coat. The feet are adjustable by 15mm for uneven tile floors. The base keeps the lower shelf 200mm off the ground. This construction aligns with our floor display stands line.
Steel Uprights
Two vertical upright posts run from base to top. The posts have punched holes every 25mm on both sides. Shelf brackets and hooks clip into these holes without tools. The posts connect to the base and top header with welded joints. White finish resists scuff marks from daily handling.
Pegboard Panel
The center panel is a black perforated steel sheet fixed between the uprights. Hole grid is 25x25mm for standard retail hooks. Wire hooks slide in and lock with a friction pin. The panel holds up to 50 phone case boxes across eight rows. This layout suits phone case display stands and follows the metal display rack standard.
Lower Shelf
Below the pegboard is a flat black shelf panel at working height. The shelf holds storage bins, cartons, and spare stock. It is 400mm deep and rated for 40kg load. The front edge has a retaining lip to stop boxes sliding off. This lower area references the display stand for shops format.
Top Header
At the top is a white header panel with one recessed spotlight. The spotlight illuminates the pegboard below for product visibility. The header face can hold a printed graphic or brand logo. A black trim strip separates the header from the pegboard. The unit follows the mobile shop display racks design language.
